Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of Pirix Lab Premium and any other paid subscriptions offered by Dedaldev DOO (“Pirix Lab”, “we”, “us”) through our websites and apps. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

1. Subscriptions and billing

Pirix Lab Premium is a recurring subscription billed in advance (monthly unless stated otherwise). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, either from your account settings inside the app, or by contacting us at info@dedaldev.com. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period and will not renew. Cancelling stops future charges; on its own it does not trigger a refund of the current period.

3. Refunds

We want you to be happy with Pirix Lab Premium. You may request a refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 days of that payment by emailing info@dedaldev.com with your purchase details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse of the service or of this refund policy (for example, repeated refund requests, or heavy use of premium AI features purely to obtain a refund).

Please note: Pirix Lab Premium is a software subscription. Any optional minting of your own creations to a public blockchain is performed by you, from your own external wallet; we do not sell cryptocurrency, tokens, or NFTs. Your subscription payment is for software features (such as AI image generation and editing) only.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@dedaldev.com from the address used for the purchase, including your order or receipt ID (shown on your Paddle receipt). We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
